For Patients in the Mixed Dentition

The Myobrace® for Kids system is a comprehensive three-stage appliance solution designed for use during the mixed dentition phase. It includes the K0 appliance, which is used prior to the three-stage system for chronic mouth breathers, particularly during sleep. This range is the most frequently utilized in Myobrace® treatments, as it strikes an ideal balance between having enough remaining craniofacial growth for effective intervention and the patient being old enough to achieve optimal compliance.

The K0 appliance is the initial device for mouth breathers, featuring a collapsible breathing hole and a compressible tongue tag. It is designed to help establish a functional airway and begin the process of habit correction.

Arch Expansion and Continued Habit Correction

K3
